The Riverfront Arts Center in Stevens Point held a really fun community art project that brought together knitting enthusiasts with people like myself, who appreciate the vibrant colors graffiti can add to urban landscapes (or in this case a city park).
The event was held with the intent to add color to the landscape, involve the community while making a public art piece, and promote the new show opening this Friday, Common Threads, a fiber art exhibit.
I was given credit for this tree.
